Barefoot HikeI’ve always enjoyed going barefoot and recently have gotten into barefoot hiking. It’s not as terrible as you’d think!

Walking barefoot promotes a more natural gate and has helped tremendously with my lower back pain. Going out into nature barefoot can be daunting, but it feels great once you are used to it. Plus, feet grip much better than shoes!
